1. DO WE HAVE A STORE FRONT?

Purrfect Pastimes has a part-time studio and store. We do not have regular store hours but open by appointment. Contact us at(978) 758-6838 or questions@purrfectpastimes.com to make an appointment with us. We love visitors just please excuse the mess...it is a working studio! LOL We always have projects in process and love to share with our customers - come see what we're up to!

We also vend at quilt shows around New England, and sometimes beyond, during the year. Check our events page for our show listings. We usually update this list year-round.

We also LOVE to visit our local quilt guilds! Local to us is New England...LOL If you'd like to have us vend your meetings or events, be a guest speaker for your meetings, or run a workshop, we'd love to talk to with you!

2. FABRIC INQUIRIES?

We have ALOT of fabric....very little of it is actually on the website (too much fabric, too little time...sew? or scan? LOL). However, we do specialize in novelty fabrics and try to have a wide range of selection across categories. If you're looking for something specific, there's a good chance we will have something suitable...

Send us an email with your inquiry. That prompts us to go look at our stock and we'll reply with pictures or scans of the available options. OR...you can schedule a time with us to come to the studio in person or to Facetime with us to see the fabric live in the store!

 

3. HOW TO PURCHASE FROM US

You can purchase from us in several ways:

  • Webstore - Our webstore uses PayPal's secure server for processing orders, so payment can be made with PayPal or most major credit cards.

NOTE: You don't need a PayPal account to place an order!

  • Telephone Order - Call us at 978-758-6838 and leave a message with your name, order, and phone number. We will call you back for payment and to confirm the order.
  • Email Order - You can reach out to us in email at questions@purrfectpastimes.com with your order and we will send you an invoice for payment through PayPal.

*All listed prices are in US dollars. All payments must be made in US dollars.

4. AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED...

For online orders, you will receive a confirmation message from PayPal after your order is placed. When we process your order, you will receive a second email from us (Purrfect Pastimes) confirming your order, address, and how it will be shipped to you.

If we have any questions regarding your order, we will send you an email from this address.

In addition, we would love your feedback! We always seek to provide more value to our customers. The best way to improve our offerings and shopping experience is to hear from our customers - what works and what doesn't.

 

5. SHIPPING

We typically ship via UPS or US Post Office twice per week. Most orders will ship within a week of order receipt. IMPORTANT! If you have a specific need date, make note of the date when you place your order.

For our US customers, shipping varies between $5.00 and $8.00 up to $125 purchases. For any orders over $125, shipping is FREE.

For our International customers, we will ship anywhere that the US Post Office delivers. Payment must be placed through our shopping cart using either PayPal or a major credit card. Additional shipping fees may apply.

6. RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is simple. If you are unhappy with your order from us for any reason, return the entire order in the condition you received it and we will refund your payment. If there is a specific part of the order that doesn't meet your expectations, reach out to us and we can discuss.

We do our best to provide quality products and service. Quilting is a passion for us and we want to share our passion and joy with you. If you are not happy with your order, then we didn't fulfill our part of the transaction.
